CPMC & Diagnostics
The Customer Participant Management Centre (CPMC) allows the Lead User to add new participants, assign examinations to them and to review both individual and group performance.
The CPMC Diagnostic Suite allows the Lead User to review examination performance. The Diagnostics show the average overall score attained for each examination, the breakdown of each question into percentage correctly answered as well as showing the percentages of incorrect answers. Being able to analyse data at the question level allows the Lead User to identify gaps in individual and group knowledge which can then be utilised to design training interventions.
The CPMC is an easy to use application that can be accessed from any web-enabled computer through the standard web-browsers (IE, Firefox etc).
