All examinations within PharmaXM are comprised of multiple choice questions. Each question has 4 possible answers with only one being correct. Users access the examinations through their individual PharmaXM Account.

To ensure the integrity of the examination the user is given a fixed amount of time to answer each question. This is shown by a countdown timer to the left hand side of the question. A fixed amount of time ensures that the user does not have time to find the answer in literature or online and therefore must answer from their own knowledge.
