PharmaXM QuestionBank

The QuestionBank allows users to create their own questions. The first stage is to set up groupings for questions (these can be added to at any time). Questions are created and then assigned to a specific grouping (or more than one grouping). Examinations can then be created using questions from specific groups.

The QuestionBank has numerous different possible uses. For example:

SOP Testing:
Organisations have numerous SOPs to work to. QuestionBank would allow questions and hence examinations to be created to test knowledge on specific SOPs. Additionally an overview examination can be created to examine across a range of SOPs. Relevant users can then be assigned to specific examinations. Results can be printed and added to training records.

The Diagnostics Tool can be used to explore the results of the examinations, identify difficult questions which may highlight a training or development need across a group, department or organisation.
